How Our Pizza Fundraisers Work
1) Pick Your Night
Choose a Monday–Thursday date at least 2 weeks out so we can plan staffing and promo materials.
2) Promote to Your Crowd
We’ll send you a flyer, social captions, and a unique tracking code. Share it with families & supporters.
3) Earn Give-Back
Supporters dine-in or order online using your code. After the event, we tally sales and write your check.
Typical give-back is 20% of eligible sales (before tax & tip). Want a different percentage? We can tailor to your goal.

How does a Big Poppa’s Pizza fundraiser work?
Your group picks a weekday date (Mon–Thu). We provide a custom flyer and promo code. Supporters order during your hours—dine-in, carryout, or online—and we donate a portion of sales back to your organization.
What percentage do we earn?
Most events earn 20% of eligible sales before tax and tip. Depending on turnout and schedule, we can tailor between 15–30%.
Which orders count toward our total?
Dine-in, carryout, and online orders placed during your scheduled hours with your group code or mention. Third-party delivery (e.g., DoorDash/UberEats), tax, tips, and discounts are not eligible.
Can people order online?
Yes. We’ll issue a unique promo code for online checkout. Orders using that code during your fundraising window are counted.
How long does a typical fundraiser last?
Usually 4–5 hours, commonly 4:00–9:00 PM. We’ll confirm exact hours when we schedule your date.
When will our organization receive the check?
Within 7–10 business days after your event, along with a summary of tracked sales.
How far in advance should we schedule?
Please request your date at least 2 weeks in advance so we can prep your promo kit and staffing. Peak school weeks fill fast.
Is there a minimum sales amount?
No minimum. Typical groups earn $100–$500+ per night depending on participation.
What types of groups can host a fundraiser?
Schools, youth sports teams, booster clubs, churches, nonprofits, neighborhood groups—any community-minded organization.
Can we hold multiple fundraisers?
Absolutely. Many partners do monthly or seasonal nights. We can also set up a year-round code for ongoing support.
How do we promote our event?
We’ll send a printable/digital flyer, sample social captions, and your online code. Share with families, email lists, and social media for best turnout.
What if there’s bad weather?
We get Sioux Falls weather! If turnout is impacted, we can reschedule or extend your online code.
